Close Sighting of Large Triangular Object

"Sitting on the passenger side of the car the witnesses were traveling in, witness 1 noticed a lighted, triangular object to his right. The object appeared to be about 250 ft on a side. The witness reported the triangle was equalateral, though his (inexact) drawing shows it as isosceles. It was not possible to discern a texture to the surface of the object. A bright white light was at each apex of the triangle underneath the craft." View full report

A couple were in their third floor apartment in North Sydney when they noticed three dim flashlight like beams above a large tree near their balcony. "Saw craft appear out of darkness when cloud of ionized gas, or corona effect, appeared at back end of craft. The blue corona lasted for about 3 or 4 seconds. Craft was moving slowly westward, at altitude of 500 to 1000 feet. Back end of craft was approx. 60 to 100 feet across, and 15 to 30 feet high." View full report

"It was shaped like an eight-sided object---but long tube like... there was a break in the object, and then there was a second (same 8 sided shape tube) closely behind it. As it passed I saw many darting lights flying around the end of the object. Sphere-shaped object seen by witness in Salt Lake City, UT
September, 15, 1998 - Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
At 3 AM on Sept. 15, 1998, witness Chris Rock stepped outside and fired his laser pointer into the sky toward west-southwest in the general direction of Jupiter. Within a minute or two, a gray, spherical object, with an apparent 7" diameter at arm's length appeared in the western sky, hovering over an adjacent building at a (measured) distance of 260 feet from the witness and 40 feet above the ground. The object sat motionless for 2 to 3 seconds, before passing over the witness and out of sight. View full report
