I could see the shape of the object and it was the familiar "flying saucer" dome shaped object. I walked two hundred feet on the side of the road towards the object which was hovering low, no sound came from it... The object was quite large and I estimated it to be at least 70 feet in diameter and about 30 feet high. It was just hovering in the air at about 120-150 feet high." View full report
"The outline of the craft was indistinct but the mass blocked the stars and sky while it passed overhead. It was totally silent....It was no more than about 300 feet up and moving at a crawl, maybe 10 mph, it was massive and approximately 100 yards (300 feet) in-between each light... As the craft moved over us, it performed an amazing feat!... it stopped and turned up on its axis and cart wheeled off into the eastern sky!" View full report
The following is the UFO Report of Alexander G. Globa, a Russian sailor and engineer, who observed a UFO over the Mediterranean Sea at close quarters through binoculars in June 1984. This report was included in a declassified CIA UFO File on Soviet UFO sightings. The UFO reminded him of 'an upside-down frying pan' and had a grayish metallic shine. The lower portion of the craft had a precise round shape, its diameter no more than twenty meters. Many lights illuminated its bottom portion. View full report
During one of my scans of the night sky, out of know where, four red circular lights appeared... The four lights, in a flash, darted towards the horizon amazingly fast... Then all four shot straight up into outer-space and out of sight, all within a split second... After a half hour had passed since the sighting, the radiation detection system on the bridge started making a loud clicking sound." View full report
From the witness: "My ship was on patrol about 150 miles of the Florida coast. We were cruising at about 500 feet when the submarine started experiencing electronics problems.... I saw a large inverted V-shaped UFO off the port side....This huge vessel was over a half mile across. The UFO made a half circle around our ship then passed across the stern..." View full report

The sender received the picture from his grandfather only last week. His grandfather died the day after giving him the photo, and relating his story. View full report
The sighting of three glowing objects by several airline crews February 24, 1959 is one of the most thoroughly investigated (and, ironically, one of the most controversial) on record. The key witness, Capt. Peter W. Killian, was interviewed by NICAP personnel. A detailed investigation report, including weather data, air navigation maps, etc. , was submitted to NlCAP by the New York City Affiliate. The Akron UFO Research Committee co - operated in the investigation, adding valuable details. View full report
