From the witness: "We own some fairly high power binoculars so I quickly retrieved them and attempted to fix my gaze on the object in question... I could see the object clearly. It was a perfectly round dark colored disk (flat, no bulges) and it was in constant motion doing gentle and slow “figure eights” tilting and banking and turning slowly. There were no markings on the exterior, no exhaust ports, no lines or markings of any type... the object appeared to be about 30 to 50 feet wide... I guess that the object had a metallic exterior surface." View full report

Large, silent triangle-shaped craft over Alaska

From the witness: " It was as at least as big as a 747. I put down my window and there was no engine noise. I tried to turned off my radio. I hit the off button twice and the radio came back on so I turned off my car. Still no engine noise from the craft which at this point was about 300 ft. to 600 ft. in altitude and approximately 1/4 of a mile from me. At this point the craft turned right. That's when the outline of a triangle shaped craft was visible because there was a whitish glowing light. That's when I knew this was not like any aircraft I have ever seen before." View full report

A cylindrical object, with 3-4 rows of extremely bright spotlights around its perimeter and approximately 50 feet in diameter, only about 500-1000 ft above the ground, with a medium-density, white vapor trail underneath. It was completely silent, and hovered for at least one minute....Seen from a distance of approximately 750 feet. View full report

Three witnesses spot saucer-like object with windows

my impression was that of a saucer-sort of shape, with porthole-type windows with cross-bars. I could not discern the shape of the whole object, though, as the light from the windows was so blindingly bright. The description of having a saucer-like appearance is strictly an impression from my quick glance. Strangely, the windows seemed a little squared, and there were at least two, probably three, of them. View full report

Two large black equalteral triangle shaped object moving at low altitude in San Francisco from Northwest near Mt. Davidson to the Southeast accross 280. The three tips of each triangle had dim star like pulsating lights. I WITNESSED A Dark Triangle, with 3 soft RED lights at each of its points, which, (for whatever reason) would suddenly pulse brightly. It came up from behind the top of the apartment building across the alley and traveled over the course of the sighting left to right. This TRIANGLE was moving through the sky point up. There was no noise as I watched this Dark Triangle move slowly from the EAST to the WEST. If I had to describe its movements, I would say it was meandered, slowly with no seeming purpose. A clear, close-range video of a saucer-shaped object spinning near a building in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria sometime in 2003. According to B. J. Booth, who eventually acquired and made public the video, it was taken by a woman, who made it available to local authorities in Bulgaria, who confiscated it from her. Luckily she had made a copy of it and placed it in the care of a friend. View full report

Family in car observes saucer-shaped object with lights hovering over trees, Orsay, France

On February 2, 2002 around 7 p.m. 40, a family in the car observes a mass illuminated in the shape of saucer. This mass is of gray color with white luminous lights on its periphery. The phenomenon is stationary above the trees with a diameter estimated by the witnesses at about fifteen meters. No noise is perceived during the observation which was stopped because of the profile of the road. No explanation could be brought to this phenomenon. View full report

"Saw a huge black triangle with glowing red port holes in the Arizona desert. It was moving slowly along a river where i was camping. It was blacker than night with 6 large glowing red port holes along the side that I could see. The red portholes glowed but did not emit light. They did not brighten up the area or any of the surroundings. The craft was just sort of "gliding" along. Like anti-gravity." View full report

From the witness: "I observed an aircraft, approx. 150-200ft above ground level and approx 300-500ft slant range from my location. It was rolling out of a right bank and the streetlights were illuminating it enough so that I could see a distinct silhouette of the fuselage and the underbelly. This object appeared to be the same color as the night sky, flat black or dark gray. There were no lights, no exhaust flames and no engine noise... just absolute silence!" View full report

Large triangular-shaped object with lights observed in Paris, France

On September 7, 1997 at 01 hours 43, a witness observes from his balcony a triangular form with two blue lights and a green one which moves slowly on a rectilinear trajectory. The observation lasts 12 seconds. No noise was perceived but the witness felt vibrations in the body, and when he wanted to take a photograph, its apparatus was blocked. The dimension of the object was estimated by the witness at approximately 700 meters. The investigation did not make it possible to give an explanation to this phenomenon. View full report

On September 12, 1996 around 8 p.m., a mother and her daughter in their car observe an object made up of an ovoid [oval-shaped] skirt [?] and a surmounted cylinder on a dome with three lights (port-holes?) sharp red. On the cylinder, a fluorescent green light turned like a gyrophare [?]. The object, silent, was suspended 4 meters off the ground and approximately ten meters from the road. The witnesses (husband and wife) were driving back from fishing at a quarry in Harwinton when they observed a large metallic disk about 500 feet in diameter at an altitude of about 200 feet, from a distance of about a half mile, during daytime. The object was traveling 65-70 mph, and it passed smoothly over the road on a course approximately perpendicular to the road. View full report

I could see the shape of the object and it was the familiar "flying saucer" dome shaped object. I walked two hundred feet on the side of the road towards the object which was hovering low, no sound came from it...
