A clear, close-range video of a saucer-shaped object spinning near a building in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria sometime in 2003. According to B. J. Booth, who eventually acquired and made public the video, it was taken by a woman, who made it available to local authorities in Bulgaria, who confiscated it from her. Luckily she had made a copy of it and placed it in the care of a friend. View full report

Witnesses saw a 30 to 40ft diameter saucer, hovering about 200 ft off the ground! . It was a classic disc shape with a dome on top. The dome had two curved windows or lights from which a blue light was shining. The car headlights dimmed and their tape deck stopped playing. Their watches stopped functioning. View full report

Large oval-shaped craft with blue 'ionized' gas on rear flying slowly over highway

"Saw craft appear out of darkness when cloud of ionized gas, or corona effect, appeared at back end of craft. The blue corona lasted for about 3 or 4 seconds. Craft was moving slowly westward, at altitude of 500 to 1000 feet. Back end of craft was approx. 60 to 100 feet across, and 15 to 30 feet high." View full report

"For at least a hundred times," Cem Arat and Mehmet Safak returned to the site at the Yamanlar Mountain Peak near Karagol, where they saw and photographed a strange object in February 1996. In September 1997, [Mexican TV host and UFO researcher] Jaime Maussan received a very special package. Someone had sent him a video tape, in itself nothing remarkable. But when he played the tape on his video recorder, it took his breath away. For the anonymously sent recording showed nothing but points of light and sky - except for a large, metallic, structured, rotating disk, which maneuvered in broad daylight over Mexico City, with a dateline of 6 August 1997.
