"It stayed completely still for a bit, and then it started to rise back up in the sky toward the east. When it moved it had a brilliant tail of light that followed it. It had a very bright light on its tip . The two base corners had dimmer lights, one of which seemed to be turned off. It made no noise, and was fairly close so I should have heard something if it was an aircraft." View full report
"We turned right, back into the dark countryside when it re-appeared next to the car on the left hand side , it went up into the air above the car so I opened my window and could see underneath what appeared to be two rings, one large wreath looking one [with some sort of a blue energy in it], and inside smaller plasma [but not luminous]like teardrop shapes chained together spinning and individually wobbling." "I was on a trip with my family when we stoped on this step ridge/cliff to watch the sunset. One of my sons saw the 3 metalic objects in the distance. I took a picture of them as the moved to our right. The hovered in a organized formation and traveled at varying speeds (together) stopping now and then and then quickly moving to a new spot." "We both saw an inverted red/orange triangle in the low level clouds out to sea. The object appeared for about 2 seconds and then disappeared. The object also appeared to have small spherical lights on each corner, yellow/ orange in colour." View full report

"While flying abeam Pisco, Peru, we noticed 3 very bright large objects. They were not moving much. They passed by us at a distance of 20-30 miles at approximately 20,000 ft. We were at 31,000 ft. There were 4 crewmembers on our B767-300ER. All noticed it. There also was a Mexicana Airliner overhead that noticed the objects as well. We called the local airt traffic controllers in Lima, and they did not see them on radar. View full report
"The object, seen from just north of the city Police Station, came out of the northwest to the steeple of a near by Catholic Church, then shot straight back north. It didn't make any noise, and it remained in their sight for less than a minute. But it was big described as the size of a hot air balloon or a backyard trampoline and low enough that one officer thought it was going to get hung up on the steeple of the church." View full report
In the early morning hours of 21 November, 2003, Robert Williams and his mother Christine Williams, observed an extremely bright light hovering over Bennett Lake at an altitude of about 50-60 feet. As the object approached to within 250-300 yards of the witnesses, the intense white light began to dim, and both witnesses were able to make out a defined structure. They agreed that the object had a definite "frisbee" shape, and was complete with individual white lights around the perimeter. View full report
